Saskia, our architect developed schematic drawings describing the proposed development of 5 units, 2 bedroom/1 bath flat in the basement, 2 bedroom/2 bath flats on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1 bedroom/1 bath unit on the 3rd floor rear, and a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath duplex on the 3rd and 4th floor front with roof deck.
